Existing documents we can help coordinate
- Existing certified vital records
- Existing court records and certified copies
- Existing corporate filings
- Existing certificates of status
- Existing recorded public documents
- Existing agency-issued certifications
Our role is administrative coordination. The issuing custodian determines availability, eligibility, fees and issuance. The client remains responsible for providing required authorization and identification.
Administrative coordination process
- Tell us which existing document you need to prepare, the issuing custodian and the intended use.
- Provide the document or available record details, plus any authorization or identification the custodian requires.
- We review the administrative requirements and coordinate the agreed document-handling steps.
- If eligible, the existing record can proceed to apostille, authentication, translation or return delivery.
Coordinate the appropriate existing version
A plain informational copy may not qualify for apostille. We review whether an existing record appears to require a certified copy, signature or recent issue date; the governmental custodian controls issuance and certification.
Document coordination questions
Does Florida Apostillar issue government records or certified copies?
No. APOSTILLE EN ESTADOS UNIDOS LLC is a privately owned document-processing company. We do not issue government records and do not act on behalf of a government agency. We provide administrative guidance and coordination based on the client’s existing documents and authorization.
Can document coordination and apostille processing be combined?
When an existing document is eligible, we can coordinate the administrative handoff to the appropriate apostille or authentication process. The applicable governmental authority controls issuance and processing.
