For Florida school records, the Florida Department of State guidance describes the applicable notarization or certification steps. Requirements vary by document and issuing institution; an ordinary scan is not automatically eligible.
Use the correct jurisdiction
The competent authority generally follows where the record or notarial act originated. An academic record issued or notarized in another state may require that state’s process. Share the document with us before mailing an original.
