ACADEMIC RECORDS · COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
How are academic records different from diplomas and transcripts?+
Academic records is a broader description that can include letters and other evidence of study. If your request is specifically for an award and course transcript, see our dedicated diploma and transcript service page.
Can an enrollment letter automatically be apostilled?+
No automatic eligibility is assumed. Tell us who issued it, how it is signed or certified and what the recipient requested so the available route can be reviewed.
What if my school has closed?+
Identify the office or institution responsible for the archived records before ordering documents. Share the information you have so we can discuss the record preparation questions that remain.
Will authentication guarantee a school accepts my record?+
No. The receiving school decides whether the record meets its application requirements. Confirm those requirements separately and include them with your document review request.
How are processing time and cost confirmed?+
Tell us your deadline, document count and delivery needs. We provide an estimate after reviewing the case. Preparation, authority processing and shipping affect timing; Express or Priority availability must be confirmed. Ask which service charges, government charges and delivery costs are included.
Can I begin from outside Puerto Rico?+
You can begin by phone or through this page’s form. Our physical office is in Kissimmee, Florida. Confirm the available service and the correct mailing instructions with our team before sending original documents.
