For disputes arising solely from access to or use of the Website and not otherwise governed by the Customer Service Agreement, any judicial action permitted by applicable law shall be brought exclusively in a state court of competent jurisdiction located in Osceola County, Florida, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the appropriate federal court having jurisdiction over Osceola County, Florida, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Each user consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
